Those two men were smiling because that woman had betrayed them before, and she wasn't beaten up or something, it was a tiny slap from a comedic point-of-view, she walked away with no injury whatsoever. But then again I don't think you watched the movie but just quickly scanned through it to get your beloved check. This movie wasn't made to be marketed internationally, just because guys like you who don't understand the culture would have no idea what to do with it.
The film doesn't have epic camerawork or expensive art decoration or tasty cinematography, but it does have that familiar old score, great acting and funny writing.
It's just a classic Turkish family movie, not a great all timer in the very, very least, I agree with you on that point. If your hunger for completing lists propelled you to watch this, okay. But don't say stuff that isn't true.
Gülen gözler 1977 — a.k.a. Laughing Eyes
Neseli günler 1978 — a.k.a. Happy Days
Ivan Vasilevich menyaet professiyu 1973 —
a.k.a. Ivan Vasilievich: Back to the Future
Can't wait for the viewing pleasure these 3 films are going to give me!
I love that Neseli Gunler, one of the worst films of all times by the way, features a man slapping a woman followed by a shot of two other men laughing at that. Great family film...

Jurassic Park isn't REALLY a "family" film...Public Enemy
It all depends on the kid and what their parents think they can handle. For the majority of us, these are suitable for family viewing or children.Showing items 1 – 15 of 18
