For anyone who has evidence of other Kubrick faves, the person who compiled the list is taking suggestions on Twitter.

He's apparently going to update the article on the BFI site occasionally as he finds more sources - as soon as a film is added to the master list there, I'll update the list here.
At the Stanley Kubrick exhibit at LACMA, a notecard mentioned that he was so impressed with Anton Furst’s work on Neil Jordan’s The Company of Wolves that he hired Furst to be his production designer for Full Metal Jacket. That is why I put The Company of Wolves on my personal list of Stanley Kubrick's Favorite Films.
Since the purpose of this site is to check off movies that you've seen, there's no point in including SIEGE OF MANCHESTER as the only copy of it was destroyed during the infamous BBC 'stock purge' and it was only ever seen once during its original television broadcast (I'll check the title off anyway as it's the only thing that's preventing me completing this list)
