The premise of this film is like communism, it's a nice idea in theory but fails when put into practice.
The only child actor that could actually deliver the lines with any believability was Jodie Foster who is under utilised in a supporting role.
The film grows irksome quickly and feels overly long despite its short runtime. This film should have only existed with a full cast of genuinely talented child actors.
