This movie ended up being funnier than I expected. It was fantastic. One of the funniest movies I have seen in a long time.Highly Recommended!thekure23
I'm actually surprised by the negative comments, but okay. I was sure it was gonna be worse than mediocre, and I really dislike both Kevin Hart and Dwayne Johnson (I'm beginning to warm up to him, tho).Big surprise! I laughed out loud a lot during the movie, and was well entertained. Yeah, it's as predictable as a merry-go-round and you know all characters through and through from the get go, but did you seriously expect otherwise?
I would recommend it as a hangover-movie, and not a bad one. The Rock is pretty fucking funny in this flick.

Watched it on a bad hangover and expected it to be terrible... it actually wasn't as bad as I anticipated. The Rock was great, or maybe he just appeared funnier playing alongside a "comedian" who is rapidly approaching Adam Sandler as the most unfunny funnyman in Hollywood - i'm looking at you Kevin Hart.
Even with the solid performance from Dwayne Rock I wouldn't recommend this to anyone

ENTERTAINING..RIDEChrisReynolds
This actually has a fair few laughs in the first half, mostly thanks to the Rock's performance. The second half runs out of steam and gets tangled up in exposition so it still ends up disappointing.atomicelmo
Predictable, dont like the end, but still a little funny... for that kind of movie.Earring72
Totally predictable silly buddy action/comedy with a big 80ies vibe. Wasn't expecting much but was rather suprised that I enjoyed it.Siskoid
Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle had enough innate charm for me to give Central Intelligence, in which Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart play similar characters, a chance. When they were in high school together, Hart was the most popular and accomplished kid in school; Johnson was "the fat kid", always getting bullied. In fact, the only person who was ever nice to him was Hart. Now it's 20 years later, and that fat kid has become The Rock, a CIA agent on the run who needs Hart's help with accountant stuff. The plot is nothing revolutionary, but the action beats are fun, and though Johnson maybe plays his character a bit broadly (Hart is the point of view character, really), there's still a lot of charm in the buddies' dynamic. The result is rather sweet and inoffensive, which is an odd thing to say about an action flick. So as an amusing if unambitious star vehicle, it's pleasant enough.wolski888
I thought it was going to be way funnier. I regret watching this.chunkylefunga
