Well we went from stupid ignorant street racers and outlaws to smart thieves who were able to steel from the most powerful man in Brazil. I can't see where they're going with this franchise but it's not good

Dumb movie for several reasons (I tried to shut down my brain, I really did. But...).
Brasil has NO EXTRADICTION with ANY COUNTRY on the Planet! Period! You kill some one, rob a bank etc, if you manage to reach Brasil you are safe for life! The Rock landing with his men and gear and telling the local cop to shut up and frak himself was hilarious! He would not be able to say anything to the cop because in real life he cwould NOT BE ALLOWED to land and do his mission (take them back to USA). The Rock going inside the favela(s) shooting and killing anything that moves yeah for sure... The Rock and he's team would not last 5 minutes inside a real favela. The main antagonist speaks Portuguese from Portugal (not the same thing. Both Portuguese are very different, in grammar, speach etc). And he has a Spanish first and last name. The last scene (the Bank safe going all over town destroying everything in it's path, except a ... Tree) ... I can go on and on. But frak it!

The movie improved since the first fast and furious. Maybe the story did it but the rest is still the same, nothing new.

3/10 because the action is somewhat decent.

About every other line is cliché or an obvious plot twist. I had a facepalm moment at least once every 5 minutes.

I expected this seeing the decline in quality from the previous 2 movies. Maybe that's why it took me so long to see it.
