i just watched The Machinist which in my opinion is way better than Fight Club and a similar storyline. Better performances all round, better direction and more gripping

I felt mindfucked as hell. The last song, Where Is My Mind by Pixies, just made the part. It's unbelievable how a movie from a whole different background, continent, decade and society can affect and touch someone so deeply.
I love Palahniuk. And this movie was better than any movie based on a book, ever.
