I can understand why some people won't like the way this film is structured, since it takes such a hugh 180 in the second half. To a point were it feels like you're watching two completely different films, but that is also one of the reasons why I love this movie! It is such a crazy genre-mix that should not have worked, and yet somehow it does. On par with 'Sin CIty' the best collaboration Tarantino and Rodriguez have ever had with each other.

The first part is Tarantino-esque and excellent. The second part is a funny horror movie spoof/homage. Each film has its moments of greatness, but they don't mesh so easily.

I would recommend everybody to watch this film up until around the hour mark when a certain gorgeous latina woman performs a five minute striptease, and when you sense something is about to happen, just turn off the fucking film, for everything after that is utter fucking shit, pure, unadulterated, green, sour fucking despicable shit.

It feels like QT and RR got together for brunch and were just like "You wanna film somethin' cool?" and did whatever they wanted. Don't ask for what you know this movie won't deliver.
