A bit of a letdown for the series finale. Halloween Kills made Michael too unrealistically superhuman, and Halloween Ends made him too uncharacteristically human (
). You probably won't like this if you're expecting to see a standard Mike-killing-everyone movie. You probably won't like this if you're expecting it to turn into a setup for a new killer to continue the franchise. You probably will like this if you wanna just see a tribute to the original, with every other shot being a mirror of one of the original scenes.
That being said, people that want a new take on the series may like it; my wife did. I just prefer to see Mike being Mike, like the original and the 2018 remake. 1 year 6 months ago -
