Loved the cat, did not watch it while smoking pot (although I wondered what one would think if they did).

I have to say this is the weirdest film I've seen since Big Trouble in Little China.

Ah well, I just assumed you didn't understand the intentional badness, which is not necessarily obvious, because if you see a "so bad, it's good" film like Troll 2 or The Room, both of which were made to be good and failed spectacularly, there's not much difference between their badness and this film's purposeful badness except that this is much prettier and more technically capable.
