I was laughing surprisingly hard. Not sure who the target audience of this film is though. Too much violence for kids, too sappy for adults, and too fake for MMA fans.

A powerful film with moving performances from Kevin James and Bas Rutten. Some moments were downright disturbing, like when Salma Hayek drunkenly assaults James in his home. Overall a true 'film' film, but be warned that it is unsettling at times and may not be for everyone.

The film is surprisingly entertaining... for a Kevin James movie. On the other hand, it's just Fray Tormenta's mythology brought back to Hollywood. Again.

Based on a true story, this one really hits close to home like a flying knee to the sternum. Muay Thai clinched the heartstrings and never let go. KO'd my expectations right out of the octagon. A win by submission (of the heart) here. Unanimous decision.

Got a bit racist at the end tho.

So, they don't have money for the music program but they have money to get the music kids from Boston to Vegas? Oh, then there's all that training but James doesn't seem to get that much trimmer.

Not sure anyone cares. It was just the most painful feel good movie of 2012. Gee, and I never saw the ending coming.

Just kidding.

Still, like others have said, if you don't go into this with very high expectations, you'll probably enjoy yourself - as long as your not looking for much more than light entertainment with some body checks.
