I can't fathom who the fuck greenlit this let alone managed to get Harrison Ford and even a cameo from Eric Idle. The background behind this movie is more intriguing than the movie itself. The script is just abysmal. And how many times do they reuse the ring tone joke?A buddy cop movie where the two cops clearly fucking hate each other. Great idea guys. Travolta and JGL were the original picks, but I'm not sure that would have saved it with how bad the writing is. Although it would have at least made it watchable.
Budget: $75 million. Box office: $51.1 million. Has to be money laundering or a write off of some kind. 75 million dollars for this shit?
