   Ray Anselmo

   A dark comedy where many of the japes fail to land. The acting is rather stilted, and you get the impression Kaurismaki was trying some new things and simply couldn't make them hang together. Points for effort, thought, and the soundtrack is banging - lots of old soul and jazz and a couple of songs (plus a cameo) from the Clash's Joe Strummer. 4/10
