You can thank the poor amazing artists behind the film for the stunning visuals and CGI who were cruelly unpaid, ultimately bankrupt and stripped of their jobs upon its release.It's disgusting. This film is utter trash regarding how they treated the very people who created this masterpiece of art. Not worth the praise it receives, absolutely wretched.

Somehow its supposed philosophy and poetry left me cold. It's certainly trying to accomplish much, and succeeds in some ways, but the inconsistencies in the narrative are so glaring that they leave a hole through the biggest part of the movie.Knaldskalle

I didn't care for this. I read the book when it first came out and although it had its moments its premise of making one believe in God is doomed to fail. I found the film, like the novel, to be filled with trite platitudes. Visually, the film is quite stunning, for what it's worth. Some scenes are legitimately beautiful, but at some points they really went to great lengths just to make things look "cool" and overreached themselves.Coxy
