Horrible horrible movie... The acting is bad, the plot jumps from...well, plot to plot, if there is a plot at all...
The only good thing about this movie is Sandra Bullock, but she takes a long time to get comfortable in this movie.
When a movie is written, produced and directed by the same person - it's usually a very bad combination... :P
