Pride and Prejudice and Zombies improves on Austen's original novel by raising the stakes of romance. Previous versions confine Darcy and Lizzie to verbal sparring, but director Burr Steer layers effete language of 19th century courtship with swordplay, allowing some of literature's most famous lovers to prove themselves equals. 7 years 9 months ago
