Terrible acting, cliché and virtually non-existent plot line punctuated by random violence, swearing and class A drugs. They've clearly taken inspiration from films which were not supposed to be redone; good films like Trainspotting, and things you could scarcely call films like Football Factory. 11 years 9 months ago -

It starts well but never manages to hit top gear. Although it's based on a true story, the movie just seems to be lacking something.
It delights in it's own gratuitous violence so I probably would've loved this if I was a teenager but as it is, it's a film full of characters which are impossible to like or empathise with, doing horrible things and overall, it lacks the dialogue and direction to keep it ticking over.
