   Very entertaining, but they seriously missed a trick with the ending;

   the Cajuns in the town should have been cooking and eating the rest of the characters, and preparing the cooking pots for the two main characters. The film should have ended with the National Guard truck arriving in the town, asking the locals if they'd seen any soldiers nearby, and then being offered some food.
