As Mrsnoops said, Svengali was much better than feared. Especially good performances from lovely miss Marsh and Barrymore. Caligari meets Phantom of the Opera or something.

Very Good movie but not a horror film, not sure why it is on They Shoot Zombies list. Excellent acting with some humorous moments.

This movie is pretty overlooked. Not only did Barrymore give a great performance, but Marian Marsh was hot!
