This is movie is a Lifetime movie that just happens to feature a good performance by Sandra Bullock. But it was in no way an Oscar-worthy performance.

I felt no emotion other than confusion at the barrage of terminology from the US educational system and sport. He scored 2.7 on a GPS or something? I am probably an idiot.

It's a shame the movie gets the football so wrong. Perhaps an ESPN documentary would have suited the material the best.

Because it is based on a true story, NFL player Michael Oher's life, watching this move was a pleasant to me. Sandra Bullock was pretty good as Mom.
