Best superhero movie I've watched. But it doesn't change the fact that it's way overrated boohoooo. It also need not be that long.

I don't care about superheroes at all, so I avoided this movie as long as I could. But since I'm planning to check the entire Top 250, I eventually had to watch it.

As I expected, it's a rather bland story about a bunch of forgettable characters in funny costumes chasing each other. Nevertheless, the first hour was fairly entertaining, with some exciting action sequences and nice Hong Kong scenery. During the next hour, it started to drag more and more, and now, with only 40 minutes to go, I'm really tempted to call it quits and just put that little check mark in the upper right corner of this page, as I did with Inception.

My personal favorite film of all time, and yes a large part of that goes to Heath Ledger, but so what, he was put into this film for a reason, there is no reason to judge this film on how good it would be without him.
P.S. I understand that was a pretty bad run-on sentence, I'm just too lazy to fix it.

I wouldn't go so far as to calling the ultimate action film, partly because that would be rather sad. It comes very close/It's very hard to beat and viewers will be hard-pressed to find something to dislike.

Larger scale & more action based but it's a logical progression of the story, and an excellent tense thriller. 9/10.

A modern classic. Never thought anyone could touch Nicholson's Joker, until Ledger came along. However I feel that Batman Begins deserves more credit. It is just as good as TDK. Here's hoping the 3rd installment won't let ths series down.
