Well made film with no allowance for viewer emotion. I felt railroaded into feeling a certain way the entire movie, they did their best to remove any possibility of opinion. So as much as I enjoyed the tour through despair, when it was all over I was just kind of angry. 9 years 7 months ago -

Felt a bit awkward or forced with some of the ideas and dialogue, but I guess that's pretty much to be expected - things don't always translate well from book to screen, especially YA novels.
Still enjoyable though; lovers of the book will probably adore it. Just don't go in expecting a cinematic masterpiece. 9 years 10 months ago
