Well, for starters the animation is not the best. And the producers could not decide wether they should make a children's movie or an more grown up version.
I saw this as an adult for the first time, so no nostalgia pushing my rating higher. Sure, somewhat charming, but also childish. I saw this once.

Clearly entertaining for the moment. Action, excitement and Biel as eye candy - thumbs up! :) It does not pass the Bechdel test, and you only see this once.

An Award-winning director from Japan on SVT Play (several films available in april/may 2021). A film with several bottoms, unpredictable, slow murder mystery and trial. What is true? Do not expect action at all!

A missed Norwegian-Swedish horror film pearl with Noomi Rapace - clearly better than expected considering the average grade of IMDB (5.7 / 10). Excitement & Unpredictability! A movie with many bottoms.

A classic based on the classic of the same name by Nobel laureate Wilhelm Moberg. It's exciting. Good story. SVT Play in April 2021. The version from 1985 with Kjell Bergqvist is slightly better.
