You're opinion on Family Guy will have no impact on finding this the worst movie ever made. It's 80 minutes of people saying poo. It's comedy for 5 year olds written by 7 year olds.
The constant switching between the sterile, hardline FBI and the gutsy small town police department worked long enough to allow you suspend belief and accept this film as a fun ride.
(Icheckmovies certainly made it hard to find this film on here though!)
It will annoy the Tolkienites but it is a far more enjoyable LOTR film in terms of pacing and length than its spirital predecessors. However the HFR does expose poor CGI.
What a boring film, no depth, no reason to actually finish it (Other than being able to check it off here of course.)
The sound was all over the place. It went from inaudible whispering to loud gunfire in quick succession, similar to Constantine in terms of annoyance.
The shaky camera technique used alienates the audience, it never feels like it's set in the Great Depression. It feels like a media studies project filmed in a local field.
What a shame, a cast like this and it cannot even provide 10 minutes of entertainment.
Lacks a story. The film is basically: "There's another agent... the end." Seriously there is no plot, has no relevance on the Bourne franchise, no character building. Huge plot holes and many logic lapses. It doesn't even stand up as a mindless action film with no real action sequences. 1/5.
Average across the board. Nothing particularly sticks out as bad but nothing really made it shine, it felt as if the writers couldn't portray the events naturally without straying into cliché. (Possibly the way it was acted, rather than the script its self. Given that it was based on the writer.) 2.5/5
