The directors never mention that Sweden is the only country in the world where this phenomenon exists and that all children gets magically healthy within hours if you get them away from their parents....?

Seems like the writer/director didn't understand any of the funny moments and/or points of the original... Very strange.They took every good scene from the movie and americanized it, made it into something totally different and worse than the original.
