I was thinking maybe you could replace Kuchizuke (1955) with Onna doshi (1955) since Kuchizuke consists of 3 short films by 3 different directors and the only one that seems to be available is Naruse's Onna doshi.
It's essentially a sex ed film with a simple plot "about a crazy gynecologist who wants to liberate mankind from sexual problems by radically separating sex on the one hand and reproduction, which should be left to artificial wombs, on the other", but considering it was produced by Koji Wakamatsu and Written/Directed by Masao Adachi it has some political connection.
I'd add at least Cinema16: World Short Films and Night Fishing since those are available. From what I can find 60 Seconds of Solitude in Year Zero was shown once and immediately destroyed, though it seems to be available on YouTube so I'd add that one too. I wouldn't add the films he's written, but not directed.
You should add them back in. I found Threesome on three different torrent sites and Moon Is the Sun's Dream on two. So they are quite possible to find.
@spartacus007: Come visit us at the unofficial iCM forum where we've collected 1,153 (or more) professional lists (if I counted correctly) we wanted to add. They are quality lists that I'm sure everyone would like to see here. Here's the thread, see the spreadsheet.
@QARL: It isn't logical because the competition (imdb, listsofbests, mubi?) allows unlimited lists for free. Why would I therefore pay for 25 lists with limited number of entries? Further, why would a new user choose iCM over the competition?
edit: To add, it's also suppressive. A lot of great lists won't be added because of the restrictions.
Some great lists have already been added, but it's a damn shame that hundreds of other great lists will never find their way to the site because of the list restrictions.
A user with a free account tries to contribute, to make the site slightly better, by adding a predictably popular list, but because of the limit is only able to add the first 100 entries.
How is this a good thing for the site? I want to hear some arguments from the powers that be.
From what I've read there is a bug in the IMDb import feature where every time you import your IMDb ratings with the "remove existing data" selected the checks and favorites and dislikes are counted. So if you wanted to get a film in the #1 spot in this list you'd rate a film on IMDb that nobody has checked here and import your ratings 20 times with "remove existing data" selected and the favorite option set that also marks it as a favorite. And conversely if you wanted to get a film out of the list you'd just import your IMDb ratings as many as times as necessary. It's apparently been affecting this list for quite some time. I hope they fix the bug and the check/favorite/dislike counts in 2.0.

What a gem for Hideko Takamine fans. One of her best performances, if not the best... Prepare some kleenex before watching.Toplist comment on Mikio Naruse filmography

Avoid if you're squeamish about childbirth.
