It was an interesting, if not predictable, romantic comedy. I was sold this movie as being a kind of sequel to Bridesmaids, but it's no where near close.
With that said, I enjoyed it. It was entertaining. I just had different expectations going in.
Ben Kingsley... phenomenal. I really enjoyed this film, and I was quite surprised. I expected to be bored to tears due to it's 3 hour length, but wasn't. I was fully engaged from start to finish, though I must say the intermission was quite welcome, haha.
This movie made me so sad, and so introspective. Questioning what my fix is. Thinking about how I never want to end up like that, so torn away from everything, from the people I love.
I needed to watch The Office (US) to try and get me thinking about things less depressing.
Just an excellent movie. The camera work hooked me from the start, and everything else was rock solid, except maybe Jennifer Connolly's performance at times.
Wow. This was not what I was expecting. Instead of being a documentary about bears, it was a documentary about a troubled man and the people he touched. Quite excellent.
