why a bird is underwater? - it's a seabird (Northern Gannet)
why the butler dines with the queen? - thats the Prime Minister. (Don't think the island has a Domino's yet.)
why the witch makes the magic without Ariel's signature or approval? - witches and wizards can be so rude on ocassions
First half - great. Sets the scene well. Enjoyed all the fine actors that appearted one by one.
Second half - such a let down!! Lazy and somewhat unfitting end.
I feared the worst after the first 5 mins, almost turned it off.
Luckily I stuck with it and was rewarded with a great music documentary. Plenty of interviews and footage from a wide range of drummers, I especially enjoyed the studio clips of a demented Keith Moon :D
More fantasy violence from the Russian guys who did 'Hardcore Henry' - though not quite as ground-breaking this time. Worth a watch, I can almost smell the sequel....
Nobody = 6.5/10
Hardcore Henry = 8/10 (check it out if not seen already)
PS. a bit concerned that the phrase "Me? I'm Nobody..." is on a level with Pammie's "Don't call me Babe..."
Dull. Plenty of recycled content. Bad accents from certain people! I fell asleep at least twice. Woke up towards the end of the alien reveal, which confirmed my early suspicions of this being trash. Been putting off watching this for 13 years, should have stuck to my guns.
I waited many, many months to watch this - made a big deal about it. Finally got the right moment to sit down and watch it. SO disappointed, couldn't wait for it to end. Found it hard to follow, possibly due to the dialogue and had to read wikipedia entry alongside watching it. Very underwhelmed indeed! (3/10)
Solid movie, nothing spectacular - but worth a watch. Didn't really see the point of Timothy Olyphant's character, and I would have liked to have seen more scenes with the Rabbi. First time I've seen Adam Driver in a movie, he seemed to get the correct blend of likeable/annoying. (6/10)
Regretted my decision to watch this after 10-15 minutes. Not impressed with Claire Foy as the lead, perhaps because Rooney Mara was so good in the first installment. Seems to be set in a parallel yet inferior universe!! Don't bother - watch Dragon Tattoo again instead. 2/10
A decent website said this was a must-watch Netflix film, so I trusted it. My trust was misguided.
Pretty average stuff, Seth Rogen does the Seth Rogen thing, we all know how it's going to end - but I got a couple of great songs out of it.
Reasonable way to spend 100 minutes.
50/50 = 5/10
Really enjoyed it! An alternate (more humourous) universe than Blue Ruin, Green Room, etc etc. Really ramped up the violence towards the end, a few gruesome moments I hadn't anticipated. Lots of unpleasant characters!
PS. David Yow is really not getting any more attractive with age, is he? :P
Decent enough, though possibly not what some fans will be expecting. Could really be about any late teen/early 20s Northern lad - the struggles of trying to find work in the Thatcher years. Saw a lot of similarities between this and "Control" by Anton Corbijn. 6/10
For the first hour, I rate it 7/10.
For the second hour, we're down to 2/10.
It REALLY dragged once they got settled in the town!
Not keen on Peter Sarsgaard performance at all.
Denzel looked past it.
Very well made and stylistically satisfying - but wowwww it was dull.
Also spent the first hour thinking I was listening to two Irish fellas. Need to work on those Czech accents a little...
4/10
A lot shorter running time than I expect, with a much smaller budget!! Was expecting an explosive Michael Mann type ensemble movie for some reason. Still, was a decent tale. Impressed by the performance of Stallone. Spent the whole time looking for Debbie Harry though... :/

Bog-standard rock biopic. Nothing you haven't seen before. Very 'Spinal Tap' as mentioned by others. Some pretty bad 'British' accents on show from the likes of Ozzy Osborne, but they got his image spot-on.
On the plus side, I welcome the Motley Crue trivia and backstory that I was not familiar with (not particularly a fan!).
