When I decided to test long-distance running, I moved to a running club to get a two-month training course for a semi-marathon. I have two semi-marathons on my account, a 10 km run and over-fulfilled my speed plans. Now I really do fitness 5-6 times each week: 3 running coaching sessions for 10 km from the park, 3 Fragrant sessions at the fitness center. I am preparing for the next half-marathon. The fact that my fitness club is situated 100 metres in the office helps, so that I can wait there for day traffic jams. Fitness is very great at switching' from issues, letting you cheer up and change your angle of view. There are times that you begin to watch for evening exercise in the afternoon.
