Nina Hoss delivers one of the best performances I've witnessed for a few years, absolutely outstanding.
Another compelling film by Christian Petzold which defies the didacticism so common for holocaust/war movies and too often for German cinema, and instead leaves enough room for thoughts and interpretation. The ending scene is breathtaking. 8 years 1 month ago -
