I'm not going to complain about High School Musical 3 but there's a lot of movies that are just awful. Over the last few days I've been watching some of them and while it's one thing for a movie to make me fall asleep around 10 or 11, over the last few days these movies have been making me fall asleep around 8:30. Then I end up waking up super early the next day.

Parents let their 3 year old act like little punks, which they learn from their parents as shown in the beginning, and then get upset when they don't change.
You have the guy talking about his dead son to reporters and other people in the neighborhood, acting fairly decently, until the aunt of the kid says he was shot by a .22. Then the guy turns into a punk. That's the real problem. The kid learned from you and now you're shocked that bad things happened when he learned to act that way.
Don't want your kids to get into that lifestyle? Be involved in their life and don't act like a punk. The time to change them isn't after they're in the lifestyle and are teenagers.

I really liked it but I have to somewhat agree with Shaunage. If this came out in America, it would have surely won a bunch of Oscars and then tons of people here would say it sucks because it's fully of cliches and unoriginal ideas.

Instead, you have a director doing his own stunts, getting an STD from a scene, working with motorcycle gangs, and being forced to arm himself and the crew because it wasn't a union film.
If you think this has anything to do with hipsters, you don't know what a hipster is, the history behind hipsters, or even the culture when this movie came out.
Health and Driver's Ed films are staples of things like this. As an example, MST3K films would be in the category of this list and they would show stuff like this before the films. On the slim chance you have a group in your area that shows films like this, they also usually show stuff like this too.
The rabbi didn't barge in for an unannounced bris. He already had plans with the husband to discuss the plans for it. It's also a party and not just a rabbi showing up to someone's house out of the blue and taking a couple minutes to do it.
At least the rabbi and protestant were polite about things. The catholic priest was the jerk, bringing out contracts to sign and all that crap.
